After working all day, it's time to do something to relieve some of that built up stress. Karate helps you focus on positives and overcome negative energy. The different exercises that we do help increase flexibility, muscle relaxation, blood flow and the ability to breathe properly.
We offer a workout unlike any other. With Punches, Kicks, Stances and more, all muscle groups are used. Through focused technique you will strengthen both mind and body. Karate is a true full body workout.
Not only will you get a great workout, you will also be learning valuable self-defense skills. How to defend against grabs, punches, and kicks are just some of the techniques covered in class. We practice these techniques in a safe, yet practical manner. You will also learn that one can defend them self without ever throwing a punch. With the proper attitude and confidence you are less likley to be a victim.
